DR. DAVID OSIGBEMHE

Licensed in the United States of America, Canada, and Nigeria, Dr. David Osigbemhe has practiced law in these jurisdictions at the highest level of ethnical and professional competence.
David is a highly motivated attorney with over 20 years of experience in all facets of international legal transactions including significant litigation experience and expertise in handling oil and gas, corporate and commercial matters.
David previously worked as legal counsel to Nexen Inc., (formerly Canadian Occidental Petroleum Company) at its Calgary corporate head office providing legal support, negotiating and drafting of upstream oil and gas agreements for Nexen’s oil and gas exploration and production projects in Nigeria, Yemen, Indonesia, Australia and Colombia.
David has been involved in trial and appellate civil and business litigation in California and consulting with individuals and corporate clients in various aspects of transnational matters. His broad range of experience in handling matters in energy, oil and gas industry remains invaluable in providing outstanding legal services and support to our clients within and outside of Nigeria.
David has authored and presented a number of papers concerning the oil and gas industry and associated environment matters. Outside of his practice, David serves as a director of and pro bono legal counsel to several non-profit and charitable organizations focusing on helping less privileged and deprived people/communities.
Also He is currently the president of the Edo State Afenmai World Congress at Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America.

He has numerous business interests in Nigeria and abroad. His wealth of experience has enhanced the growth of the company as a whole as the chairman of Patovic oil and Gas ltd and Patovic Paints and Allied Chemicals Company Ltd

Managing Director

MR. FIDELIS
Mr. Fidelis is the Managing Director of Patovic Paints and Allied Chemicals Company Limited. He is an Accountant by profession with first degree in Accounting and certificates in CCNA and MCSE. His experience spans through several years of service and training in manufacturing Companies.
His last appointment was with ITB Nigeria Limited (Engineering Company) as Inventory Manager before joining Patovic. He is equally the MD of Patovic Oil and Gas ltd has ensured the fulfillment of the company’s philosophy of innovation, efficiency and reliability in service to the Customers.
Madam. Helen Chukwuemeka:
General Manager (B.Tech)
she is a manager with great wealth of experience. She has been in control of project and other company activities. She has well experience in panting and Chemicals used for production

PAUL ANOGHENA
Mr. Paul Anoghena is a graduate of University of Benin as a Laboratory Technologist in Geology, who is well studied in his field of professionalism. His prowess in carrying out his duty in his assigned field of production. He has worked in various companies ranging from information technology and production companies. He has over 6 years of professional experience in chemicals analysis before joining Patovic Paints and Allied Chemicals company ltd.

Procurement Manager

Mr. Solomon Abu
Mr. Solomon Abu is the company procurement manager. He obtained a BSc. In Industrial Mathematics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State. He has worked in several professional organizations as Procurement Coordinator and Inventory Supervisor Place orders (LPO) in ERP system and ensure proper follow up for timely delivery. He also have several SEMINAR/WORKSHOP on Building & Construction Product Manufactures Representatives Educational Workshop on: Building & Construction Project Processes & Procedures –What, Why & How (2010). Strategic Inventory and Cycle Counts Management (2006).

MR. BAMIDELE IYALOMHE
Mr. Bamidele Iyalomhe. Obtained an HND in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic of Auchi. Currently works in Sales Department. He oversees the planning, control and marketing strategies of the company. Prior to joining Patovic Company, He has several years of experience as a Sales manager in various organizations, and ended His appointment with United Bank For Africa PLC. And Patovic Oil and Gas Ltd. His wealth of experience has brought several Sales to bear in the activity chart of Patovic Paints and Allied Chemicals company ltd.

Accountant

SAINT AUSTINE
Mr. Saint Austine is an accomplished accountant with a panache and flair for marketing. He obtained Master Degreed in Accounting from University of Calabar and HND Mechanical Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Auchi. He has worked in several professional organizations from ITB Nig. Ltd, Oklapy Nig. Ltd, Aremu Akindele & co. an Audit firm all in Lagos.

MR. INYANG IDONGESIT
Administrative Manager
Mr. Inyang Idoseque has a B.Sc Hons. (Economics) from the University of Calabar. He has served in several capacities in various companies and firms. He worked with ITB Nigeria Ltd before he joined Vitech Global Resources Limited as the Company Admin Manager
